JHICC has broad access to the existing institutional resources which include core facilities, animal care, and medical expertise throughout Johns Hopkins. As member of network centers, we are working closely with NIH and other centers. In addition, JHICC is expanding its existing collection of specialty reagents to accelerate probe identification and development.

Existing Specialty Reagents:

1. Cell Lines: more than 50 cell lines (ion channel and transporters)
2. ORF collection: full collection of human and mouse cDNA (Invitrogen)
3. Lentiviral shRNA libraries: full collection of 120,000 clones (Sigma Aldrich)
